Die Cut Boxes
Boxes or folders incorporating special structural features which cannot be manufactured on conventional scoring and slotting equipment, must be produced on a die press using a steel rule die to cut and crease the corrugated blank into a useable shape that can be formed into a finished package. These items are referred to as “die cut”.

The variety of features which can be included in a die cut style depends primarily on the end use requirements and is limited only by the package designers ingenuity and the limitations of the press.

The following syles are some of the more basic and are only the beginning. Specific packaging needs are often met by adaptation of one or a combination of these styles. On the other hand, designs may be developed for specific applications that bear little resemblance to any basic style shown here.
